Is the THIRD RMA a charm? Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming, Ryzen 5 2600X Build, V.6

Ever since I got the Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming board back from the 2nd RMA, it has booted and I've been able to do work with it, but the left channel of audio out of the I/O port on the back was faulty. As a workaround, I was using the headphone jack on the front, but I wanted my computer to work properly, so I sent it back for yet another RMA. This video goes through testing and debugging the audio, installing new drivers, trying it out with Linux, the RMA process, and what happened when I got the board back.
