Hello friends! Welcome to Day 1 of Week 2! This is my 4 week fasting challenge where I am documenting 72 hour fasts each week for 4 weeks. Week 1 was a great success with 10lbs of fat loss and a 1/2" of the waistline. Gotta love it! Feeling good baby!
