In this video I used the Pit Boss to do some Dry Ribs using SuckleBusters Competition BBQ Rub. This rub has a perfect balance for Pork & Chicken and with the paprika it will give you a nice finished color. Now some people call them Dry Ribs, other call them Memphis style but we simply just call them Eating Ribs! What makes them a Dry Rib is 1st you don't wrap them in any foil to crutch the tenderizing process. 2nd you add a few shakes of your DRY rub to the top of them right before you serve them up. But you will want to keep them moist with a mop or a spritzer. Now these are great when you have people that like different levels of spicy heat on their ribs. So depending on how hot you run your pit these usually take around 4 to 5 hours to do and then you can dive on in!
