Latvia and Russia's tit-for-tat

Latvia is now going to be getting it's natural gas from another supplier. They have yet to disclose the name other than to say that the new supplier is providing Russian natural gas. Gazprom stopped deliveries to Latvia due to "violations of the terms of gas extraction". Latvia has suspended border-crossing arrangements with Russia.
