Starting in the hospitality business is never easy, but it is definitely a good beginning, where discipline and respect in the hierarchy is still a core value of the sector.
Kristian, in particular, has worked so hard to get to the stars, but unfortunately for different causes, he went too close to the sun and burnt out. Finally, in the last 10 years, he has slowly but steady risen from the ashes one more time. Kristian is a very clear example of resilience, perseverance, and drive.

Now he is working on spreading his knowledge through helping other businesses, already established, to scale their activity.

He is a best selling Author and still running many of his own businesses.
Kristian is the Aussie bloke that really wants to leave something behind, and as he said during the interview, he has finally found his purpose...
