3D Printer Linear Rod Rail Bearing Cleaning and grease repack with Tri-Flow synthetic Ultrasonic

I wanted to try Tri-Flow's synthetic grease on my Linear rod bearings. I've had good luck with there oils and lubes. I first had to clean the old Lithium grease out. I used my ultrasonic cleaner and some diesel fuel. The diesel fuel made quick work on the lithium grease. I repacked the bearings with the Tri-Flow grease and so far so good. The grease thins out once it gets worked in. If you want to make it thinner you can cut it with a little oil. I use the same method for my Linear rails
