British Man Arrested For Posting Meme To Facebook That "Caused Anxiety"

British police arrested a man in July for allegedly posting a meme on Facebook that resulted in someone who viewed the meme to have "anxiety." Ironically, the meme in question was reportedly a picture of four LGBT flags arranged in a manner to appear as though it was a swastika.
