Dinosaurs Noodling Away

The Sixties are still alive with artists who are still out choogling along and producing music and touring. So, today's Segue City Special features Carlos Santana doing his take on a Beatles classic along with Herb Alpert still doodling around too. That's all a good thing and gives us hope that the Mayor will keep on keeping on too. This is a cushy job and we want it to continue.

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
