Nancy Pelosi now 'needs to go' to Taiwan for US national security

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has released an itinerary for her Indo-Pacific trip, which includes stops in Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and Japan – but the Democrat omitted any mention of visiting Taiwan after a litany of Chinese threats.

Former director of national intelligence John Ratcliffe says the speaker now must follow through on her trip to Taiwan after severe mismanagement by the Biden administration.

“At this point, she does need to go for the sake of our national security,” he said.
