Insta 360 is worst

I spent 5 hrs riding my mountain bike, and climbed 2300 feet, rode all the way up and down. Totally I rode 32 miles. I put Insta 360 One RS video with all auto setting, shutter speed, with balance, EV etc. I trusted Insta 360, and used auto capture. The auto capture function works when you press the record button when the camera is off, it will turn on and start recording in the last recoding mode, video, timelapse, time shift, etc,. When you press the record button again, it will stop recording and also turn off the camera.
This auto capture options can be enable in the settings menu by swiping down.

Insta 360 ruined my mountain bicycling, my day, my effort, everything.
