'US is Russia's rival': Putin skips Ukraine mention from Navy day speech but issues warning to Biden

Russian President Vladimir Putin terms the United States Russia's biggest threat during the Navy day event. The Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a new naval doctrine which casts the United States as Russia’s main rival. The doctrine also set out Russia’s global maritime ambitions for crucial areas such as the Arctic and in the Black Sea. After inspecting the navy, Putin made a short speech in which he promised that the Russian navy will get hypersonic missiles within the next few months. Interestingly, Putin did not mention Ukraine in his speech.
