Smoking Salmon

This was about 50+ pounds of salmon that we decided to smoke and put back for winter treats and eats. We did three different flavors, including BBQ, teriyaki, and plain smoked. This was a wonderful time together and a delicious way to prepare for the winter months. I hope you enjoy.
