WHY AN ASSAULT WEAPONS BAN IS A THREAT TO ALL OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

Many people argue – sincerely – that banning semi-auto rifles with detachable magazines, often called assault weapons has no effect upon the 2nd Amendment right. In reality, if such a law were to stand up to judicial review, the 2nd Amendment right would cease to exist and all our rights would be threatened. Let me explain why this is so.
