Day 175 of Let's Read the Bible - Deuteronomy 22, Psalm 147, 2 Peter 1

Today we read about returning neighbor's property and helping your neighbors. There are also rules about treatment of women and punishment for mistreating women. The psalm is praising the Lord and speaking about his mighty deeds and majesty. Peter begins his second letter by asking the reader to reaffirm their faith and election from God through godliness. He goes on to speak about prophecy in scripture and understand that prophecy comes from God through people.
