Timelapse Oil Painting "When winter loosens her grip, she dreams a promise of spring" ₃₉

Greetings to you all who are watching and/or reading this! I hope all is well! I've been on a hiatus for a few months but I am back! These past two years I've had a whirlwind of happiness, sadness, worry and anxiety. It's been a battle for me getting used to this "new normal". The truth is that when someone you love leaves you, we have to get acustomed to living with a broken heart and trying to numb the pain while living life. All through this, I haven't stopped being creative. I do have some completed videos that I have yet to publish. About this painting: it is on an old recycled canvas, 16x20. I started to paint this one in February but then took another creative road. I'm happy to say I finally got back to it a few days ago. I give credit to my loving husband who came up with the title. You may not know this, but many of my paintings were titled by him! He's so good at writing! I was thinking of all the cold weather we had in Texas and of painting snow scene.
