Your mentality is probably the most important part of your overall health, so don't neglect it. Get all the water, rest, and relaxation that you need. I feel like we all might have a little mental illness, but it doesn't make us mad or crazy, just human. So enjoy your self.

Please take what resonates and use your best judgment when making decisions. Always maintain yourself through preventative care and professional practitioners especially regarding health concerns.
