Printrbot Simple Metal SKR 1.3 TMC2208 upgrade

I love my old Printrbot. I want to keep this alive as long as possible. The thing prints better then my more expensive printers. I like the new 32bit systems. Atom blows doors on the Arduino IDE. I can copy my bin file and I'm done. No more direct USB connection to upload firmware.
