Excess Death II...Probably NOT Cold Showers (or insurance).

This is an addendum to an earlier video I did on the worldwide phenomenon of excess death other than COVID-19. The White House has a theory that it is due to people not having access to insurance. Let's take a look at a report from the the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and see how the insured are doing compared to the rest of the population.
