trikafta log 2020.01.12.1441

this is in place of my morning log which i've neglected. i was able to get up by 930 and made it to church. had a very good service. i was able to do albuterol and morning trikafta before i left and i should get some food right now because i haven't eaten today. i've had two cups of coffee and a nos energy drink. protein is in order.
