Dinner for 2 Light and Easy Chicken and Salad Recipe. Plus I take you on a tour of my Garden. Yes it does exist!
Recipe for Chicken:
2-4 Boneless chicken cutlets
1 large egg
1 cup plain Bread Crumbs
1 tbls. cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon of salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes if you want to go spicy
Bag of mixed Greens for your salad. Or your favorite salad combo.
sliced tomato's
1Teaspoon of grated Romano cheese (can use Parm)
Quick Italian dressing:
1/2 cup of Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup of Extra virgin Olive Oil
!/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon of dried basil
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Mix well
Serve your delicious salad topped with your chicken sliced and homemade easy Italian dressing.
