Relocating topsoil piles to break down organic material

For the past several months we have been clearing trees for the pasture, we raked up a lot of roots from vines and brush and we piled it up into roughly 15 piles. Those piles need relocated to the back of the pasture where they can continue to break down those roots and bushes until it’s all more fine soil that we will spread back out on the pastures and the yard.
