Even Joe Manchin thinks Democrats deserve to lose in 2022 - 7/31/22

NBC's Chuck Todd can't get U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) to say he wants his party to win the midterms, a non-answer is an obvious answer.

Todd is very bothered by this, but Manchin doesn't seem to care.
