Today I bring you Homemade Tortillas with Fresh Milled Pima Club Flour. They are delicious and soft with a great texture. Since I started making fresh tortillas I have never gone back to store-bought. I wanted to show you the burritos I made but my camera died. I know rookie mistake.

Recipe: Per large tortilla
75 grams of flour. Pima Club, Spelt, White Sonora, or All-purpose.
15 grams lard or butter.
1/8 Teaspoon of table salt.
1/4 hot tap water
Additional flour for rolling out.
