The Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Army went around the ships parade line on a boat and addressed his greetings to the sailors in honor of the holiday."Hello, comrades! Congratulations on Navy Day!" the president said. Today Putin will be hosting the main naval parade in St. Petersburg.
