Corporate culture can be a satisfying place to work for some. Others may find it a grind, feeling lost in the shuffle of a mindless, soul-less corporate environment. Meeting business needs for labor also meets a human need for satisfying work, and when it does, both business and human needs are fulfilled. A leader who understands the needs of the workers can develop a very satisfying culture for those who find a good fit.
This video is part 3 of 5 wherein Dr. Hanson discusses Lee Bolman’s and Terrence E. Deal’s book, Reframing Organizations: Artistry, Choice, and Leadership.
