It’s on the very rare occasion that the waters of the Ponta do Ouro Partial Marine Reserve turns bad. The colour hues leading up to and after have included drab olive to river brown and lumo green in between! With the visibility at around 2m it makes dolphin Encountours difficult to facilitate. In-water its almost impossible to see unless our #dolphinsofponta choose to have a bout of conscious interaction. Today the large pod was cruising south through Ponta bay right in backline with some of the youngsters coming out to engage. Towards the end it was adult male Theo, Feather and their posse who promptly came to chaperone the young away, who at that stage were getting a little too far away from the pod for comfort in the murky waters.
