Philly cheesesteak pizza with roasted red garden peppers!

Hello again from my Indiana kitchen! This is Lori Fiechter with a recipe using some garden-preserved produce. I'm posting this concurrently with the pizza crust video to show you how easy it is to make a meal with a frozen homemade crust. I slow-cooked and froze a big batch of Philly Cheesesteak style beef earlier this month and thought I'd try to make a pizza out of it today. It was a good use for half a jar of those roasted red peppers (check out the video from late last summer). If you have a garden and you preserve it for the winter, you need to use it up as well! I'm here to help with that.
