How to get focus
On this video, I discuss what I use to help keep me focused and have productive days.
One of the things I battle with is adult ADD and I will use anything to try and get me to work on one thing. I tend to work on 12 things at the same time and finish none of them. I have to continue to work on staying focused and working on things one at a time.
Having depression and anxiety wrecks your memory and your energy. Sometimes it is difficult to get out of bed and go out and seize the day. These are things that I use, every day, to get things done. This video would not be possible without these.
