Australian Magpie gathers dog hair for nest :)

During the past few days, I've been noticing that a female Magpie has been popping around & collecting Shiloh's hair for her nest. This is the 1st time I've observed this in the time I've lived here (8 yrs). So to make life easier for her, this morning I collected a whole wad of it & placed it on the small patio table.
She came & tried to gather all the hair up in one go, then decided that she couldn't do it, so she took some & then came back again.
In the meantime, a strong breeze blew the rest around.
She wasn't going to let that deter her ... she kept on coming back till every last hair was gathered.
Usually I put the pupper's hair in the pot plants (as mulche) when I brush them. I'll make sure I keep enough out for her & her tribe to gather till they have enough to line their nest for this coming Spring.
