My 4:30 am pool laps

Many of you know 50 years ago I had a tremendous injury and a difficult recovery. I had to find a way to stay in shape and stay motivated. Swimming, is my answer.
I usually do 20 easy laps, on my back. Keeps the knees working while also keeping low impact on my other joints and muscles.
Now I prefer swimming early in the morning, quiet, cool and gets my heart working.
