In the narrative written by Matthew of the happenings of Jesus known as the Gospel of St Mathew, one of the canonical gospels. It describes the disciples observing Jesus in prayer. I am sure Jesus was in constant prayer and I’m sure the disciples as most good students did observe the power in prayer and its effects on the activities and the surround effects on the people they encounter. Jesus always taught in different ways, He preached, he taught and he used illustrations that if one was observant enough you would recognize the object lessons. As he teaches the disciples. Jesus being the chief intercessor for humanity sets an example of prayer. The disciples recognized that what Jesus did was not what was customary in their current religious tradition. They recognized that the approach to prayer was different when Jesus prayed. So the asked Jesus to teach them how to pray. Jesus said this in Matthew 6:9-13

Matthew 6:9-13 King James Version (KJV)

Paul says this in 1st Thess.
1st Thessalonians 5:17 KJV says “Pray without ceasing”  
Luke the physician wrote in his self-titled gospel in chapter 18

Luke 18:1 KJV And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
Paul writes this to the church at Ephesus

Ephesians 6:18 KJV) Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

I want to present to you some very important background information, to do so we must focus on the chapter in Matthew where Jesus teaches disciples how to pray, that’s chapter 6. There are some significant developments and conditions that are present there that we often overlook, myself included over the years. I'm going to tie it all together but to be tie it together the proper conditions must be presented to do so we must go back to the Old Testament. 

The word human means a being, especially a person, distinguished from an animal 
It comes from the Latin word Humas which means dark soil.

So God put a spirit that came from him in man, (humas)dark soil that it would take root. This is significant and significance is this every time we see the word Earth we relate to that word as being the globe, the Earth as we know it. but I present to you today that everywhere that we see the word Earth it means Humanity it means human it means hummus the Dark Soul that God created humans from to plant his word, his seed in it. Now I must give credit for this bishop David G Evans because his word regarding this opened up my mind to looking at the word and looking at the scriptures regarding the Earth and what it really means in the context that I am presenting, now why is it significant? and I'm glad you asked, here's why. when Luke writes that the kingdom of God is inside of us what does he mean? He 

The Coming of the Kingdom
20And when he was demanded of the Pharisees when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
He is specifically saying That inside of you as you pray as i have thought you that there is a seat of government that I will come sit and instead of looking up to the heavens for my throne room it is inside of you 
So if Jesus says the kingdom of God is within you, what is he saying? He said I am going to prepare a place for you and in my place I am sending the (Paraclete the Holy Spirit as advocate or counselor (John 14:16, 26).) The third person of the trinity and in him you will have all you need.
So when you pray ask for all that is available in the kingdom that we look to as being remote is inside of you.
