Had to Escape the Boom Festival 2022 (Disorganized Disaster)

I went to the Boom Festival with high expectations. But pretty much everything sucked big-time lol. They hadn't even finished building the area and walking around in the midst of construction machinery driving around building stages didn't exactly contribute to a happy and positive spirit. They won't refund money, which I think is criminal especially since the area wasn't finished and there were no shuttle busses, something I expected there to be when I purchased the ticket. Walking back and forth to camp on the spur of the moment just wasn't doable and could only be done at most once per day, even that one trip was a living nightmare.

Still, my experience is highly personal, subjective and of course not all bad from start to finish. Just make sure to not go there in an owned motorhome (most people on site rented their car) and bring a teleportation device or simply sleep in a hammock lol.
