New York Governor Kathy Hochul decided that all 1,383 cases of a glorified STD is enough to cause a Statewide Emergency. Amazing, considering the crime is getting so bad in New York City that they are having to lock up canned meats, you would think prioritizing real issues above a niche virus would happen, but to each their own...
