Still Working on these Riffs

Here we are again still working through the riffs I have written for a new song. I am just trying to figure out the structure to what I am playing and how I would arrange everything. I'm also looking for a riff that can just link everything together. I talk about Bb Major, G Minor, D Phrygian but I might be in a scale I'm not even thinking of at the moment. Mostly I am just playing through and getting the feel so I can record and build around it. I get bored playing the same thing over and over so I try to change things up but it's hard when you play against a prerecorded bass and drum track. This style seems more slow going because you are not forced or boxed in like the other ways I have recorded. We'll see if this works out for the better in time.
