Info from Licensor: "Lil Hobbs is a senior dog who goes to hydrotherapy at Animal Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Center in San Diego every week. He has IVDD, arthritis, and luxating patellas, so the water helps him exercise and build endurance, while also providing relief to his joints. He was found on the streets of NYC 6 years ago with a lot of mobility issues, but now he's doing much better now! He is pretty lazy though, so he prefers to float instead of swim."
