Grounding Day 35 - 5 weeks of living barefoot!
After 5 weeks of living barefoot I feel better than I have in years. My overall mood is improved and I feel very tranquil. Things that used to irritate me don’t seem to faze me anymore. My balance and flexibility have improved. The soles of my feet are tougher and can handle rocks and other rough surfaces much better than when I started. I actually enjoy walking on different surfaces because they give different sensations. After two cycles I had no pms symptoms which has been a lifelong struggle for me. Decreased pain and inflammation throughout my entire body. I am so glad that I took my shoes off and it actually feels weird to put shoes on now. I can’t wait to se what comes next on this journey.
