In 2021, the Alaska home of Marilyn Hueper and her husband was raided and searched by the FBI for four hours due to a case of mistaken identity regarding the January 6 Capitol riot. The FBI grabbed one piece of "evidence" against them from that search: a pocket copy of the Constitution. Glenn interviewed Marilyn and her husband last May because he felt this was not a one-off occurence and that the days of unconstitutional searches were coming.
