For most people the mind is in a state of constant activity and chatter. The mind seems to be running the show all the time. Thoughts are running through the head without any pause or even slowing down.

Have you ever considered that most of the thoughts that you have are not even yours, and that you are picking them up from mass consciousness or other people?

Our thoughts, more often than not, influence how we feel, our mood and our behavior. Even though the thoughts might not even be yours, your mind takes them as your own and acts on them, creating emotions etc. and creating a huge part of what you perceive as your reality.

Having a calm mind, without thoughts and emotions that are not yours, is one of the most beneficial things you can do for yourself.

Combined with welcoming in and embodying your presence, your true Self with an open heart, it is the most powerful thing to not let yourself be run by the outside world and outside circumstances.

Listen to it as often as you feel called to it. There is no right or wrong way to do it.
