We've Added 3 of Dr. Leo's Horizontal Hives to the Farm Apiary!

For those new to beekeeping, the type of hive you choose is as controversial in the 'Beekers', (Beekeepers), world as the political party they support and why! There are the, 'you must treat your bees with man made chemicals or they will be totally eradicated in a few years' and then there's the 'treatment free' Beeker's, us. Our motto is, 'Let the bees do what bees do, naturally'. Bees need very little of our intervention. We build beehives as close to what they build for themselves as possible to give them more 'choice' in where they want to build a colony. We don't 'trap' them and force them to stay. Anyway, because Wes is so busy helping us get the house up, I decided to order 3 hives from our mentor, Dr. Leo Sharashkin, to transfer this year's swarm hives into.
