2019-nCoV CARS China's Chernobyl?

There has been much speculation about China's handling of the coronavirus outbreak. In this video I examine the similarity to the initial stages of the event to the Chernobyl disaster in the former Soviet Union. Most importantly present evidence that suggests the virus may possibly have gotten out of the Wuhan Institute of Virology laboratory less than 20 miles from Huanan Seafood Market.
