Sweet potato pecan loaf in the bread machine

Hello from My Indiana Garden and Kitchen! It is getting towards the end of January and we still have plenty of sweet potatoes left in the shed. Plenty. Time to try a new bread recipe: Cinnamon Spice Sweet Potato Pecan bread. It is a yeast bread, so it is much lower in sugar and fat than quick breads. I don't want to turn healthy sweet potatoes into something unhealthy. (I feel the same way about apples. No pie. ) Great toasted with cream cheese or coconut oil!

 This time, I made it in the bread machine, but next time, I may turn it into dinner rolls. It turned out delicious...but only used up one sweet potato. Back to googling more recipes. Soup? Burritos? Hot oatmeal? Waffles? Care to help me out on this one?

By the way, I tried out my new mini tripod on this. Besides having the left/right mixed up, it worked pretty well. I'll get better at it!
