Covid Long Hauler recovery Journey. There is life after Post Covid pneumonia

I was admitted into ER for Covid Double Pneumonia on Oct 5th 2020 and discharged on Oct 22 nd.
i almost died from first admission . I was admitted again two week after for 7 day and then 2 more admission to ER for a full day . i was proactive to heal my lungs as i became a Covid long hauler . I have suffered for 4 months and i started to recovered starting on 5th month but not without consistent walks , laying on my stomach every night for 5 months and exercise my lungs with Spirometer .
