Strange thing happened during Covid 19 Hospital stay

I had strangest craving for Milk and Banana while i was in ER for Covid double pneumonia .
i never like drinking milk and eating banana before i was hospitalized .
During 3 week stay in hospital i consumed average of 10 milk ( small carton ) and approx 3-6 banana a day with milk . This makes me wondering that my body knew what supplements and nutrients i need for healing or fighting with coronavirus
