Boldness

Throughout scripture boldness to preach the Gospel comes when many receive the Holy Spirit.

(Acts 4:31) “And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.”_ The Apostles were facing great opposition and challenge because of the Gospel of Christ. But the Bible shows that they received boldness after they were filled with the Holy Spirit. The Gospel got to us because the apostles and prophets exhibited so great courage by standing for what is right in spite of opposition. They weren’t afraid to die.
