The rocket enters the frame at the bottom right, just after second engine startup, and during the boostback burn. The smaller object is the second stage, the brighter object to the right is the first stage doing it's boostback burn. In this case, it's just slowing the first stage down, and not sending it 'back', as you can see the re-entry burn at 3:04 on the bottom right.

Also: The group of stars just left of the moon-bloom is the Pleiades star cluster.
