A ship with the Panama flag was hit by the missile in the Ukrainian waters
The Panama Maritime Department issued a statement on February 25 to confirm that a vessel hanging on the Panama flag was hit by missiles in the Ukrainian waters. The hull was damaged. The 21 crew members on board confirmed safety. The damaged ships have not leaked at present.
