Glacier National Park | Apgar | Every Kid Outdoors Pass

Once we set up camp in Emery Bay Campground (Link below) we got up early and headed to Glacier National Park. This was our first time using the Every Kid Outdoors pass aka Every 4th / 5th grader in a park pass (link below). We headed to the Apgar Visitor Center to get the maps and other park tips from the rangers and decided to go check out the Apgar Village Campground which is almost impossible to get into. However the ranger looked at her board and it showed they had a couple spots open. We rushed over and actually found one!!

Apgar is dry camping. But its right inside Glacier so no long drive back to your campground once the day is over. Its the perfect location! We couldn't resist. Now I was told Apgar was first come first served and its possible that it was at that time but when I went to their website to get the link for this video I saw where you could book a site. Just look into it before you go is my advice. Link below.
