The Fountain of Youth, Pancakes and meeting Old Methuselah

Pancakes sounded good, so I head to De Leon Springs State Park for a unique experience, and hike the nature trail. Once known as Ponce De Leon Springs Resort, this park has freshwater spring swimming, and the Spanish Sugar Mill where you can griddle your own early American Pancakes. I would love to come back in warmer weather to take a swim in the springs.
