Actual Information: Russia, Ukraine blame each other for prisoners of war jail attack #shorts #news

Russia and Ukraine on Friday traded allegations of shelling a prison in eastern Ukraine which reportedly killed dozens of prisoners of war. Both countries said the attack was premeditated with the goal to cover up atrocities. Russian officials said 53 Ukrainian POWs were killed and 75 more were wounded at the site where US-supplied rocket fragments were allegedly found.
