Is it really 4K? The SJ9000 Wifi "4K" Sports Ultra HD DV 30M Action Cam Unboxing vs Campark V30

Banggood offers an Action Cam that boasts 4K quality at a bargain price, but does it live up to the hype? I unbox the SJ9000 (not affiliated with SJCAM), try it out both indoors on a tripod and outdoors handheld, and compare it to my Campark V30 in a side-by-side test of the footage.
